一〠Purpose:

Designed for food industrial and pharmaceutical industrial use. Detecting metal fragments (iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin, stainless steel, etc.) inside raw materials, such as aquaculture, fishery, dried or fresh marine product, flour, frozen food, meat wear, instant food, pets food, pickled food, spice, food additive, vegetable and fruit, sugar, tea, health products, medicine and so on.

二ã€Function and characteristics: |
1) The equipment detects not only ferrous, but also non-ferrous metal objects (iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin, stainless steel, etc.).
2) High sensitivity. 10 levels of adjustable sensitivity are available. Fitting for more requirements.
3) The equipment indicates the realtime imperceptible change in signal which caused by metal fragments exactly, and the LED indicator reflects contents of metal objects with great accuracy.
4) Conveyor stops automatically, issuing simultaneous audio and visual LED alarm when metal fragments be detected.
5) Importing excellent special food feeding belt. Non-toxicity, good oil/water resistance. Comply with the "FDA" "UDDA" standards, conveying unpackaged foods is available.
6) Belt speed 20~25m/min, high transfer speed and efficient features make the detector especially suitable for production line and automatic control equipment.
7) Powerful transfer system for bearing objects. The maximum load is 5kg.
8) Adopting gear head motor. Quiet, smooth running, long life performance.
